Kimberly Crooms

Kimberly Crooms has an extensive background in communications and internal communication roles. Kimberly is currently the Director of Internal Communications at Smithbucklin since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager of Branding and Communications at Smithbucklin from May 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Smithbucklin, Kimberly was the Director of Communications at Chicago United from April 2018 to December 2020. Kimberly also held the position of Manager-Employee Engagement Communication at Ace Hardware Corporation from September 2012 to October 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Communication Consultant at Allstate from August 2008 to September 2012. Kimberly has also held roles at Sara Lee, HSBC, Lawrence Ragan Communications, and Ameritech/SBC, where they gained expertise in employee communication and editorial practice leadership.

Kimberly Crooms earned a B.A. degree in English and Journalism from Michigan State University.
