Jack Jennings

Jack took over the family business in 2011 as the 4th generation Smithereen President. He had previously had many roles at the company for over 15 years and was ready to take the helm. He has established much new management and sales training programs to continuously improve the Smithereen team. Jack had spearheaded the original Smithereen website and as well as its massive update in 2012. Most recently Jack developed the Smithereen S-E-L-E-C-T employee volunteer program. The program partners Smithereen employees and teams with various organizations as an opportunity to give back to the communities that Smithereen serves. Smithereen is excited to partner with Jack as the new leader of the company as he sets the framework for Smithereen and his employees to succeed. Jack earned his Business Management degree from Ripon College with a focus on economics and small business development. Jack is also an avid sailor and has sailed casually and competitively all over the world.
