Michael Pereira

Michael Pereira is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in network administration and user support. Currently serving as the Manager of IT for North America at Smithers since November 2015, Michael oversees the administration and maintenance of Local Area Networks (LAN), focusing on enhancements such as network expansion, software implementation, and process optimization. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Secure Networks as a Junior Systems Administrator and Remote Tools Administrator, managing Kaseya RMM software and IT automation for small to medium-sized businesses. Michael's career also includes a position as an IT Consultant at CompuCom and experience in customer service at Shaw's Supermarkets. Michael holds a Personal Computer Service Technician Certificate from Cape Cod Community College.
