Shalini Bhatia

Shalini Bhatia is currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Smithers, a global leader in integrated science and technology solutions, since August 2023. Prior to this role, Shalini held positions as an Attorney at Brennan Manna Diamond from July 2022 to October 2023, and as an Attorney at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP from September 2019 to April 2022, specializing in technology and intellectual property matters. Earlier career experiences include roles as an Attorney Advisor at the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals, Attorney at The Spitz Law Firm focusing on employment law, and various attorney positions across family law, estate planning, and civil litigation. Shalini obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a BA in International Affairs and Public Health from The George Washington University.
