Candice Shamsher

Candice Shamsher, MBA, has a robust background in supply chain and logistics management, currently serving as a Supply Planner at Smithfield Foods since June 2019, where responsibilities include leading replenishment planning and inventory management for operational efficiency. Previously, Candice held positions as a Transportation Analyst, where evaluation of supply chains and freight cost reduction strategies was key, and as an Intermodal/Logistics Coordinator at CMA CGM, ensuring timely delivery of imports and exports. Earlier experience includes serving as a Preferred Customer Team Coach at APAC Customer Service, managing escalated situations and coordinating freight movement. Candice holds an MBA in Supply Chain Global Integration Management and a BA in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Saint Leo University.
