Matt Rasmussen

Matt Rasmussen has over 15 years of experience in the engineering and maintenance sectors, currently serving as an Assistant Plant Engineer at Smithfield Foods, where tenure began in May 2010. Previously, Matt held positions as Maintenance Superintendent and Maintenance Planner/Project Engineer at the same company. Prior to that, Matt worked at Patrick Cudahy Inc. from March 2005 to May 2010 as a Maintenance Planner and PSM Lead, specializing in Process Safety Management related to ammonia refrigeration. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from Milwaukee School of Engineering, which was obtained between 2004 and 2009.
