Michael Bradley serves as the Senior Director of International Regulatory Affairs and Export Quality at Smithfield Foods, overseeing the marketing and export of fresh and packaged meats globally since September 2014. In addition to this role, Michael has been an Adjunct Assistant Professor at NC State Veterinary Health Complex since November 2008, contributing to the education of veterinary students in food production and safety. Previously, Michael held multiple leadership positions at Smithfield-Farmland, including Vice President of Regulatory Services and Food Safety, as well as Director of Regulatory Compliance and Food Safety, where extensive responsibilities included ensuring facility compliance with food safety regulations. Prior experience also includes serving as the Director of Quality Assurance and Corporate Food Safety at Premium Standard Farms and working as a Food Safety Consultant for USAID. Michael earned a Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Florida and holds a B.S. in Food Science from Texas Tech University.
