Schwanzetta Williams

Schwanzetta Williams has had a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 2005 at Dell Incorporated, they worked as an Operations Manager and Value Stream Manager, successfully leading teams and implementing efficient manufacturing processes. Schwanzetta then moved on to New Breed Logistics in 2010, where they served as a Senior Demand and Supply Planning Manager, overseeing planning operations for a major wireless network. In 2011, they joined Smithfield Packing as the Director of Industrial Engineering, responsible for driving continuous improvement projects and reducing operating costs. Finally, in 2018, they joined Smithfield Foods, initially as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and later progressing to Vice President roles, where they provided strategic leadership for talent acquisition and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Schwanzetta Williams holds a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University. Schwanzetta also completed a Master of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University. Schwanzetta's education journey began with a diploma from Tarboro High School, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program.
