Wendy Williams

Wendy Williams possesses extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as Manager of ITSM at Smithfield Foods since November 2020. Previously held roles include Senior IT Service Management Analyst at Smithfield Foods and Senior Analyst at Digital Prospectors, where support for incident and change management emphasized metrics and process improvement. At Ness Digital Engineering, Wendy undertook consultative activities, while earlier at General Electric, significant contributions were made as Project Leader in Configuration Management, achieving marked improvements in data quality. Wendy's career also includes leadership as IT Project Manager at GE, overseeing extensive application portfolios, and facilitating Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
