Alex Brown

Alex Brown is a skilled HVAC Engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently employed at SmithGroup since September 2024. Prior experience includes a role as an HVAC Engineer at BR+A Consulting Engineers from June 2021 to September 2024. Alex is an active member of the ASHRAE Boston Chapter since June 2021 and previously served as President and Governor of the ASHRAE PSU Student Chapter from April 2019 to May 2021. Academic contributions include serving as a Teaching Assistant for Econ 315 and AE 211 at Penn State University during 2020 and work as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in Architectural Engineering.
