Brandy Koch

Brandy Koch, AIA, is a seasoned architectural professional currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at SmithGroup since April 2024. Previously held positions include Design Manager at Spur Design and Senior Project Manager at TETER Architects and Engineers, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing projects from proposal development to construction completion. Koch has also served as Assistant Director at Cook County Capital Planning and Policy, managing health and hospitals along with corporate office portfolios. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager at Wight & Company and Project Architect at Ghafari Associates, emphasizing collaboration and project coordination across various disciplines.
