Kathryn Cochill

Kathryn Cochill is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in project and development services. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at SmithGroup since January 2025, Kathryn previously held key roles at Turner Construction Company as Business Development Manager and Business Development Engineer from January 2023 to December 2024. From November 2006 to January 2023, Kathryn worked at JLL, advancing through various positions including Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and Marketing Associate, where responsibilities included proposal generation, financial analysis, and project management. Kathryn's career began at Chase as a Personal Banker in 2006. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Marketing from Oakland University.
