Mosope Ismail

Mosope Ismail, PE, LEED AP, PMP, is an Associate Mechanical Engineer at SmithGroup since August 2017, having previously served as a Mechanical Engineer. Mosope has experience as a Challenge Detroit Fellow and has worked as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Penn State University, where responsibilities included preparing and testing HVAC equipment sensors and tutoring engineering concepts. Prior internships include mechanical engineering roles at SmithGroupJJR and CAD design experience at Foluke Ismail & Associates. Mosope holds a Master’s Degree in Architectural Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical System Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University. Additionally, Mosope has studied urban planning and ancient structural design in a study abroad program at Pantheon Institute.
