Paul Nicholas Garcia

Paul Nicholas Garcia is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at SmithGroup, where responsibilities include managing a small business program for the California High-Speed Rail project and coordinating the Kaiser Permanente Sacramento Railyards Medical Center project.
