Andreea Andronache

Andreea Andronache has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as an Assistant General Manager at SHR DISTRIBUTIONS. Andreea then transitioned to Smiths Group plc in 2010, where they held various roles including HR Assistant, HR Specialist, Global HRIS Analyst, and currently HRIS Lead. Throughout their time at Smiths Group plc, Andreea has been involved in HR support, data analysis, process improvement, reporting, and working with global stakeholders. Andreea has also been responsible for handling HR documentation, disciplinary hearings, employee evaluation processes, payroll, and legal reports.

Andreea Andronache pursued their studies in Foreign Languages, specializing in English & French, at the Letters and Science University. Additionally, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Economic, Tourist, and Administrative Systems from the same institution.
