Hayley McGinn

Hayley McGinn is a seasoned executive assistant with extensive experience supporting high-level executives in various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Group General Counsel at Smiths Group plc since December 2021, Hayley previously held significant roles at Weber Shandwick, where duties included managing the Chairman's office and coordinating complex schedules across multiple time zones.
