Jagrity Singh

Jagrity Singh has extensive work experience, primarily in the field of human resources. Jagrity currently holds the position of Group Talent Director at Smiths Group plc, where they serve as a strategic partner to the CHRO and Executive Committee, ensuring that talent programs and organization structure align with business strategy. Jagrity also serves as the HR VP for Group Functions, acting as a business partner for key executives. Prior to this role, Jagrity served as the Vice President of Human Resources for HR Shared Services & Training at Smiths Group plc, where they led enterprise HR operations and developed training programs across the organization. Jagrity has also worked at Aggreko, where they held various HR positions including Director of HR, Head of Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager. Overall, their experience includes overseeing HR operations, leading HR teams, implementing HR strategies, and managing payroll and recruitment functions.

Jagrity Singh has a diverse education history. They obtained a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the University of Oxford's Department for Continuing Education in 2019. Prior to that, in 2018, they completed their Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma at the University of Oxford. In 2012, they studied Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. They also pursued a Certified HR Auditor program at The George Washington University from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, in 2010, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Aggreko International Continuous Improvement Programme. In the same year, they studied Human Resources Management in GCC at IIR Middle East. Their highest level of education is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IMT, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. They also hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from IMT, which they earned from 2000 to 2003. In terms of additional certifications, they completed a Leadership and Strategy Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2018, an Organisation Design course at Hult Ashridge in 2016, a Health and Safety Passport (Advanced) from ECITB in 2013, a Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) qualification from City and Guilds in 2013, and an Internal Auditor ISO 9001 version 2008 certification from Lloyds Register UK in 2012.
