Robert Silvester

Robert Silvester has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Robert started their career at Smiths Group plc in 2009 and currently serves as the VP. Business Engagement and Exec CIO for Flex Tek Group. During their tenure, they implemented the Business Relationship Management function, which significantly improved internal engagement and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, they worked at AT&T for several years, holding positions such as VP Sales and Channel Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for developing outsourcing strategies, winning major contracts, and managing revenue accountability for services in multiple countries. In their early career, they worked at ISTEL, where they created customer-facing Helpdesk services and introduced senior-level Customer Service Managers for multinational customers' Life Cycle Management.

Robert Silvester attended Birmingham Polytechnic from 1987 to 1989, where they pursued a degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
