Michael Raveling

Michael Raveling is an experienced software engineering manager currently leading the development of next-generation infusion pump software at ICU Medical since March 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Software Development Manager at General Dynamics, where Michael managed a diverse team delivering high-quality software in the defense sector. At Beckman Coulter, Michael served as Supervisor of Software Engineering for the Molecular Diagnostics division and previously as Senior Software Quality Engineer, directing software verification efforts. Michael's background also includes roles as an instructor in software quality assurance, podcast co-host, and various positions in software testing and validation for medical devices. Michael holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
