Nicole Bryner

Nicole Bryner serves as the National Outreach Manager at the Smithsonian Institution, where responsibilities include fostering partnerships between the Smithsonian and nearly 60 museums in the Mid-Atlantic and New England. Prior roles at Smithsonian Affiliations include Special Projects Manager, where Nicole developed assessment frameworks for Affiliates, and Acting Lead for Internship Programs, focusing on diversity and inclusion. Nicole's experience also includes roles at the National Museum of African American History and Culture, the National Endowment for the Arts, and Ford's Theatre Society. In local government, Nicole has been a nonpartisan elected official representing Ward 3 in the Town of Cheverly, MD, since May 2019, advocating for community interests at various governmental levels. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Education focusing on Leadership in Museum Education from Bank Street College of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Theatre from Franklin & Marshall College.
