Stephanie Linehan is an experienced professional who has worked in various roles within the nonprofit sector. Stephanie started their career in 2008 as an Artistic Coordinator for the National Symphony Orchestra at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. In 2010, Stephanie joined the Smithsonian Institution as an Advancement Specialist and later became a Major and Leadership Gift Associate. Stephanie then moved on to the National Park Foundation in 2013, where they served as the Director of Annual Giving. Stephanie returned to the Smithsonian Institution in 2015 as a Regional Campaign Representative in California. Stephanie later held the position of Director of Advancement and Outreach for the West Coast before becoming the Director of National Advancement and Outreach, managing a national Major Gifts fundraising team on behalf of the entire Smithsonian campus. Stephanie Linehan's most recent role is based in Los Angeles, where they engage and connects with the Smithsonian volunteer community on the West Coast.
Stephanie Linehan attended the University of Leeds from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a BMus degree in Violin Performance. Stephanie also attended the University of North Texas from 2004 to 2005 and obtained a second BMus degree with a focus on Classical, Baroque, and Jazz Violin Performance.
