Todd Cain

Todd Cain has over 25 years of experience in advancement and fundraising roles within prominent institutions, currently serving as the Director of Advancement Operations and Talent Management at the Smithsonian Institution since December 2008. Prior to this role, Todd held the position of Associate Director of Advancement Services at the Smithsonian. Todd's earlier experience includes serving as a Major Gifts Officer at the National Museum of American History from April 2006 to December 2008 and at the National Museum of the American Indian from April 1994 to March 2006. Todd earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from Furman University.
