Walt Harper, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and technical services in the RFID sector. Currently serving as Global Senior Manager for RFID and Factory Solution Services at SML Group Limited since May 2019, Walt leads a functional team in developing intelligent tagging solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Prior roles include Director of RFID Technical Services and various management positions at Avery Dennison, where Walt contributed significantly to RFID product development and project oversight. Experience also includes project management and consulting roles at RIA Solutions Group and Hatch Early Learning, focusing on software development and IT service management. Walt holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Arts and Imaging Technology from Appalachian State University.
