Sam Das

Sam Das has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They are currently serving as the Head of Client Services Operations at Smoke Alarm Solutions since May 2021. Prior to this, Sam worked at recoveriescorp as a Government Services employee from February 2019 to April 2021. During the period from February 2016 to January 2019, Sam held the position of Projects and Operations at Collection House Group. Before that, from November 2013 to January 2016, they were the General Manager at Teleus Pty Ltd and also served as the Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager at different times. Sam also worked at Probe Group as part of the Project and Operations - Collections team from February 2010 to April 2011. They gained experience as an Operations Manager at IKF Technologies Ltd. from May 2008 to January 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Team Leader and Project Manager at the PROBE Group from May 2006 to April 2008. Sam's career started at GE Capital as a Collections, Compliance, and Litigation officer from March 2004 to May 2006. They also worked as an Account Manager at Dun & Bradstreet Australia and New Zealand from June 2003 to March 2004.

Sam Das has a strong educational background in business and commerce. Sam completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Singapore Business School in 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Business degree in Professional Accounting from Victoria University in 2004. Sam also holds a Master of Commerce degree in Commerce from Annamalai University, which they earned in 2003. Sam's undergraduate education consists of a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calcutta, which they completed in 1999. In addition to their formal education, Sam has also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma. Sam obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Indian Statistical Institute in June 2009 and another Lean Six Sigma certification from GE Capital in March 2005.
