John Pappas

John Pappas is an experienced professional in the cigar and hospitality industries. Since May 2018, John has owned •SMOKE• Cigars Emporium/Lounge, a cigar boutique and lounge offering bar service. Additionally, John has served as the Director of the Cigar Division at Anzar Consultants since July 2017, focusing on tobacco import and distribution. Prior experience includes roles at EGGSQUIS from 2003 to February 2018 as Director of Development/Operations, Project Manager, Design Coordinator, District Manager, and Restaurant Manager. John also consulted for Jargo Chophouse & Mixologie in 2014 on restaurant restructuring. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the Greek Community of Estrie from January 2012 to January 2013. John Pappas studied at the International Academy of Design from 1991 to 1993.
