Navneeth Thomas

Navneeth Thomas has extensive work experience in customer success and management roles. Most recently, they have been Head of Client Success at Smokeball Australia since April 2023. Prior to that, they founded EnGauged Solutions in March 2023. From April 2022 to March 2023, they served as the Director of Global Customer Success at Plexus. Before joining Plexus, they worked at Dynatrace as a Manager of Customer Success for the APAC region from December 2020 to April 2022. Navneeth also served as a Manager of Customer Success for ANZ at Nearmap from August 2019 to December 2020. Navneeth Thomas has previous experience as a Customer Success Manager and Sales Executive at AlayaCare from December 2018 to August 2019, and as a Customer Success Manager at the same company from September 2016 to December 2018. Navneeth started their career at IBM, where they held various roles including Senior Consultant and Consultant in Business Analytics & Strategy from May 2013 to November 2015. Navneeth also worked as a Technical Team Lead at Ryerson Futures Inc. from September 2012 to May 2013. Prior to that, they served as an Information Management Technical Enablement Specialist at IBM from May 2011 to September 2012.

Navneeth Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Ryerson University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Sales: Customer Success from LinkedIn and Project Management from Ryerson University. Navneeth also holds certifications in IBM Netezza Technical Mastery Professional from IBM Canada and Oracle Endeca Information Discovery 3.1 Certified Implementation Specialist from Oracle.
