Craig Haley has extensive work experience in the food industry, primarily within K & N Management. Craig started their career with the company in 2003 as a General Manager and later took on roles as R & D Director from 2006 to 2012 and Director of Operations and Quality from 2012 to 2020. In 2020, Haley became the Chief Operating Officer before transitioning to their current position as President of Smokey Mo's BBQ in 2021.
Craig Haley attended La Porte High School from 1987 to 1991. Craig then enrolled at Texas A&M University from 1991 to 1993.

At Smokey Mo’s, we’ve been serving up authentic neighborhood Texas barbeque for over 20 years. It all started with one humble, family-owned store in Cedar Park, Texas, and has since grown to 16 stores in and around Austin and San Antonio, and one in Conroe. We believe that the recipe for our success is our amazing barbecue, which is always served with a smile. Since 2000, we've been smoking all our meats, in-house, daily, at every Smokey Mo's location. We think it makes all the difference. Guest favorites include our moist, tender brisket, juicy turkey, meaty pork ribs, and of course, we serve some of the best sausage around. Add one of our home-style sides, and you’ve got yourself a tasty meal. Serving the community around us is just as close to our hearts as great BBQ. Since our start, Smokey Mo’s has supported local schools, churches, first responders, local nonprofits, and MDA. Most recently, we launched our Mo’Nation Donation program to feed healthcare workers at nearby hospitals amidst COVID-19.
