Gini Quiroz

Gini Quiroz has over two decades of work experience in various roles. Gini is currently the VP of Human Resources/Head of People at Smokey Mo's BBQ, where they lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of people strategies. Gini is known for reinventing HR practices and creating a strong organizational culture. Prior to this, Gini worked at K&N Management for over 21 years, serving as the Director of Training, Communication, and TM Engagement. Gini has also served in the United States Marine Corps from 1999 to 2006.

Gini Quiroz has a Bachelor's degree in Arts with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Communication from St. Edward's University. They have also completed a Master of Science in Leadership and Change from the same university.
