Tony Gripp

Tony Gripp has extensive experience in the retail industry, working at Smokin' Joe's for many years. Starting as a District Supervisor, Tony managed multiple stores and personnel, focusing on sales growth and personnel development. Moving up the ranks, Tony later served as Director of Category Management, overseeing product categories pricing strategy and optimizing product assortment. Currently, as the President and Vice President Operations, Tony leads operations for the company, managing various aspects such as sales, P&L accountability, strategic planning, and inventory control. Tony is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
