Stenio Souza is an experienced executive in business growth and innovation, currently serving as Executive Director at Smollan BR since March 2015, where responsibilities include creating and implementing innovative commercial strategies and identifying expansion opportunities. Previously, Stenio held the role of CEO for Smollan iTrade, leading trade marketing transformation in Latin America and managing multidisciplinary teams. As the founder of iTrade Mkt Intelligence, Stenio developed strategies for point-of-sale execution, which led to the agency's acquisition by Smollan in 2015. Earlier career roles included positions at Aktuell PSVA, BAT - Souza Cruz, and Nestlé, focusing on brand activation, trade marketing, and merchandising. Stenio holds degrees in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and an MBA in Marketing from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, along with a degree in Advertising and Propaganda from FMU.
