Gomolemo Sedumedi

Gomolemo Sedumedi currently serves as a People Coordinator focused on Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement, and Experience at Smollan since September 2021, following a role as a People Intern in Communications and Culture. Prior experience includes working as an Academic Tutor for Human Resource Management at the University of Johannesburg from February to November 2020. Gomolemo holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, awarded between 2018 and 2020, and an Honours in Bcom Industrial Psychology from the same institution, completed in November 2021. Gomolemo is furthering education in Change Management at the University of Cape Town, expected to conclude in July 2024.
