Michael Smollan

Michael Smollan has a strong background in business development and sales. Michael started their career at Smollan Group as a Divisional Manager from 2006 to 2007. Michael then moved on to Pioneer Foods, where they served as a Business Unit Manager, responsible for combining multiple agencies into a single dedicated sales business. This initiative resulted in three years of record sales growth for the company. In 2012, Michael returned to Smollan as a Director, and later in 2016, they became an Executive Director. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Growth & Innovation Officer at Smollan, leading the global team of business development and focusing on building new solutions and delivering excellent service to clients worldwide.

Michael Smollan completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management and Marketing at the University of the Witwatersrand from 2000 to 2005. Michael later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Hult International Business School from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they attended King Edward VII School (KES) from 1995 to 1999.
