Chiara Mastrofini is currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Smoobu The Vacation Rental Software since October 2021. Previously, Chiara held the position of Customer Happiness Manager at Holidu from June 2019 to October 2021. Chiara's experience also includes working as a Guest Service Front Office Concierge at Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts from July 2016 to November 2018, and volunteering with Save the Children Italy in an emergency context in late 2015. Further, Chiara participated in the European Voluntary Service at Moonlight Children's Home in 2014 and worked as an Event Hostess at Live Communication Srl from 2012 to 2014. Chiara Mastrofini holds a Master's degree in Intercultural Studies and Religions and a Bachelor's degree in Languages and Intercultural Studies, both from Sapienza Università di Roma.
