Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the fields of nutrition and business management. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Concurrently, since January 2016, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, along with working as a nutritionist in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019.
