Tuğçe Bakar

Tuğçe Bakar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the HR field. Tuğçe is currently working at Smoobu - The Vacation Rental Software as a People & Culture Business Partner / Lead. Prior to that, they served as a Mentor at Femme Palette, where they provided 1-1 mentoring sessions to help HR professionals advance in their careers, with a focus on women.

Tuğçe also has experience at HomeToGo as a People Business Partner and a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. At IBM, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where they handled global end-to-end recruitment projects and collaborated with HR Business Partners on succession planning and talent development. Tuğçe also gained valuable experience at Accenture as an HR Business Partner, responsible for recruitment strategy and marketing activities, resulting in increased brand awareness and candidate engagement.

Earlier in their career, Tuğçe worked at Hürriyet as a Human Resources Supervisor, leading initiatives to enhance the onboarding process and streamline the performance management program. Tuğçe also served as a Human Resources Specialist at BNP Paribas and worked as an Executive Recruitment Consultant at EG Consultancy. Tuğçe started their professional journey as a Recruiting Intern at Aims International Turkey.

Tuğçe Bakar completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General at Boğaziçi University from 2006 to 2011. Tuğçe later obtained a Graduate Certificate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Istanbul Bilgi University from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in HR-related fields, such as Certified HR Business Partner, German Employment Law, Blue Core Coach, HRBP Foundations Masterclass, and more.
