Erik Johansen

Erik Johansen, M.B.S., is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in site supervision and engineering. Currently serving as a Superintendent at Smoot Construction Company in Washington, DC, Erik oversees civil and underground utility installation for a new townhome development and has previously supervised structural and MEP rehabilitation at PEPCO substations. Prior experience includes managing pipefitters and conducting quality assurance testing at Kiewit, where Erik also excelled as a Field Engineer across several substantial projects, including a combined cycle power plant. Erik holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business and Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Rutgers University.
