Amanda Daily is a skilled Product Development Scientist at Smoothie King since February 2022, with a strong foundation in food science and chemistry. Previously, Amanda held roles at Rise Baking Company, focusing on R&D product development and conducting extensive evaluations. Academic experience includes lecturing at Chapman University and conducting research on food science topics, culminating in a Master’s Degree in Food Science from Chapman University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara. Amanda has demonstrated expertise in managing product development projects, conducting trials, and ensuring product quality across various roles within the food industry.
