Derrick Haire

Derrick Haire, MBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning several leadership roles in various industries. Currently serving as the Franchise Owner/Operator at Smoothie King (SKFI) since October 2018, Derrick focuses on making the franchise a preferred choice for health-conscious consumers. Previously, Derrick held the position of Labor Relations Manager at Volvo Group Trucks Operations, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, contract negotiations, and compliance with labor laws. With over three decades in the logistics and manufacturing sectors, Derrick has also worked as an Outbound Manager and Regional Warehouse Manager at Volvo Trucks, an Area Manager at Walmart Distribution Center, and a Production Supervisor at Kraft Foods North America. Derrick holds an MBA in Business Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from South Carolina State University.
