Jerome Williams

Jerome Williams is an experienced professional in franchise operations and business management, currently serving as the Director of Franchise Operations for the South Region at Smoothie King (SKFI) since January 2020. In this role, Jerome leads a team of Franchise Operations Consultants and acts as a primary point of contact for Franchise Consultants as well as a secondary point of contact for franchisees. Prior positions at Smoothie King include Franchise Operations Consultant and Business Operations Consultant, where Jerome provided operational guidance and analyzed territory results to enhance sales strategies. Additional experience includes management roles at GameStop, Walgreens, and Community Coffee, where Jerome honed skills in staff supervision, operational efficiency, and customer service. Jerome holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Upper Iowa University.
