Shannon Joseph

Shannon Joseph is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in managing marketing strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Field Marketing Manager at Smoothie King since August 2022, Shannon directs marketing efforts for regional markets along the Eastern seaboard, overseeing multi-channel media initiatives. Prior experience includes almost a decade as Regional Marketing Manager for Hardee's Food Systems LLC, where responsibilities mirrored those at Smoothie King. Shannon has also held leadership roles at Indiana Black Expo, Inc. as Vice President of Events, and at Radio One as Marketing & Promotions Director, developing partnerships and managing marketing initiatives. Earlier career highlights include positions at Goins Media Group, IndyGo, Monsanto Company, and Cargill, showcasing a strong foundation in sales, marketing management, and event coordination. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
