Denis Ghitas

Denis Ghitas is a Cloud Engineer contracted at Smoothstack since November 2022, working for Accenture Federal Services. Responsibilities include deploying and managing AWS resources with Terraform, monitoring EKS clusters using Kubectl and Splunk, troubleshooting application-related issues, and assisting with multi-stage automated CI/CD pipelines through Jenkins. Prior to this, Denis held an internship as a Backend Software Engineer at Snapbrillia from January to December 2022, focusing on implementing ETL pipelines with AWS and MongoDB in Python while collaborating with the front-end team to build and deploy REST APIs. Denis holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from California State University, Chico, earned in May 2021.
