Josh Iocca

Josh Iocca has extensive work experience in operations, plant management, manufacturing, and process engineering. Josh is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Sturgis Molded Products since May 2022. Prior to this, Josh worked at Flowserve Corporation for over 16 years, holding various roles such as Director and Plant Manager, Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor, CIP Black Belt, Process Engineering Supervisor, and Senior Planner. Josh also spent some time at Pfizer as a Procurement Specialist.

Josh Iocca attended Wabash College from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
