Luis holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Forensic from Florida International University. Additionally, Luis has pursued multiple Lean Six Sigma certifications from Villanova University, achieving Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt, and Black Belt qualifications.
