Jessica Sieron has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and positions. Jessica currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at SMP Strategy Consulting, a role they have held since July 2023. Previously, they worked at StepStone where they held various roles including Strategic Advisor Employer Branding from July 2021 to July 2023, Employer Branding Specialist from April 2020 to July 2021, Recruitment Manager from April 2018 to March 2020, and Assistant Inhouse Recruiting & HR Director from October 2016 to March 2018.
