Charlotte Rock is an experienced professional in client partnerships and account management, currently serving as Lead Client Partner at SMRS since August 2016, where the focus is on driving positive change for employers, educators, and individuals. Prior to this, Charlotte held the position of Account Manager at Connect Group, overseeing significant client accounts in the automotive sector, and led client relationships at Adgen, collaborating with universities to deliver marketing solutions. Earlier experience includes roles at Penna, where Charlotte worked on recruitment marketing for diverse clients, and Havas, handling media campaigns for public sector and commercial clients. Charlotte began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Active Search and Selection after earning a degree in Drama and Film Studies from the University of the West of England.
