Jessie Thuy Ngoc Nguyen has extensive experience in the railway industry, currently serving as the Manager of Applied Rail Technology at SMRT Corporation Ltd since January 2014, where responsibilities include providing technical consultation for maintenance decision support systems and developing analytics solutions. Previously, Jessie held the position of Manager for Condition Monitoring & Asset Reliability, overseeing three teams in railway track maintenance and leading technology initiatives for condition-based maintenance. As a Senior Engineer, notable achievements included implementing an automatic voltage testing solution that significantly reduced man-hour requirements. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Urban Railway Engineering from the University of Birmingham, and multiple degrees from Nanyang Technological University, including a Bachelor’s in InfoCommunication and ongoing PhD studies.
