Paul L. Hardaway Jr

Paul L. Hardaway Jr, M.A. currently serves as the Cyber Security Systems Manager at SMS since January 2023. Previously, Paul held the position of Assistant Coach for the USMA Army Sprint Football Team at the United States Military Academy at West Point from April 2022 to November 2022, and prior to that, served as the Offensive RB/Special Teams Assistant Coach at the University of the Incarnate Word from January 2021 to May 2022. Paul has extensive experience in cybersecurity, having worked at the 33rd Network Warfare Squadron in various roles including Information Assurance Manager, Quality Assurance Supervisor, and Cyber Maintenance Operations Section Supervisor from December 2018 to January 2021. Additionally, Paul served in the United States Air Force from September 2010 to November 2018 in multiple supervisory positions covering Cyber Operations and Communications. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Park University, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
