Dhananjay Gudi

Dhananjay Gudi is an experienced professional in the field of environmental engineering and waste management. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at SMS Limited since May 2025, Dhananjay previously held the position of State Lead at the Administrative Staff College of India from January 2024 to May 2025 and has extensive experience as a Senior Manager at Saahas Zero Waste from August 2021 to May 2025. Earlier roles include Project Manager at SMS Envocare Ltd., Assistant Manager at Goa Waste Management Corporation, and Assistant Professor at Walchand College of Engineering. Dhananjay began career as a Junior Engineer with the Government of Goa and also held a Site Engineer position with Jai Bhuvan Builders. Dhananjay possesses advanced degrees in Environmental Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and J.K.L. Es Dr. MSS College of Engineering & Technology, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering.
