Imran Ismail

Imran Ismail is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and application support, currently serving as a Senior Test Engineer at SMS plc since November 2021. Prior to this, Imran worked as an Application Support Engineer at ENGIE UK & Ireland, where responsibilities included managing application-related incidents and interfacing with IT Operations. Imran's extensive background at npower included roles as a Senior Test Analyst & Device Expert, Business Expert, and Half Hourly MOP Specialist, focusing on smart metering quality assurance and deployment planning. Earlier experience at O2 (Telefónica UK) as a Team Leader in Credit Risk Management demonstrated strong leadership and performance management skills.
