Lorena Millet

Lorena Millet has over 15 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on IT talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner Lead at SMS Sudamérica since March 2016, Lorena oversees collaborators assigned to IT projects and provides regular feedback. Previously held roles include IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at SMS Sudamérica, where complex IT profiles were sourced and selected, and Senior IT Selector at Human Resources Consulting, where the recruitment process for diverse IT skill levels was managed.
